Inspiration | Textured iPhone cases

These iPhone cases are from Freedom of Creation and they’re made by laser sintering (think 3-D printing).  At first glance, I thought it was some sort of fabric, but I imagine it must feel pretty hard or even brittle.  I love the textures that can be achieved by this process.  Check out the rest of Freedom of Creation‘s products like their trays for other textural beauties.

New products | Cufflinks are now available!

We’ve shown the sneak peeks and now, our modern cufflinks are available in the store.  They’re a perfect gift for the dad who likes to wear a little bling on his cuffs.  You can get solid stainless steel cufflinks monogrammed with his initials, or with ‘Dad’:

Sneak Peek | More modern cufflinks (this time with inlays)

We’re working away at adding our new line of modern cufflinks to our selection of jewelry gifts for him, but in the meantime here’s another sneak peek to some of the cufflinks we’ll have with inlays:

Top to bottom, the inlays in the cufflinks are: cork, green bamboo, dyed copper abalone and tiger coral.

Gift idea | Customized engraved wood necklace

We recently made this Design Your Own Blend custom necklace for a customer as a gift to his wife.  The artwork was based on a footprint of their little one.  While the footprint is cute, it gets outdone by the back.
