We strive to give the best customer service that you’ve ever experienced from an online store and we understand that there can be certain misgivings about shopping for jewelry or gifts online, no matter how much you love our designs based on the thumbnails!  We know you’re trusting us as an online retailer to deliver on a good that you’ve only seen as an image on your computer.    

The first way we aim to make your Blend Creations shopping experience an easy one is by offering free shipping on every order to anywhere in the world. Free shipping is great because it’s no extra cost to you and your order gets to you within 4-10 business days depending on where in the world you’re located.  However, if you’d like your order to get to you sooner or with tracking information, we have those options too!   

The other way we hope to make your online shopping experience easier is to offer a 110% guarantee in the event that you don’t like what we send out to you. So what if  you’ve gone through the time & effort to pick out a lovely piece of modern jewelry from our store, waited for it to arrive, and then realize it’s either not what you had in mind, or the person you were buying it for actually prefers something else?  Well, we’ve got you covered with our exchange and refund policy.  Within one month of your order, you can ship it right back to us and we’ll rgive you a full refund and then we’ll also issue you a PayPal payment to your email address for 10% of your original purchase amount.  (Just note that we cannot refund original or return shipping charges).  If it’s been up to 60 days, we can still give you a store credit for the full amount or an exchange for something else.
